Polly’s career started in the hospitality industry. Firstly in the running of a local independent hotel/pub and restaurant and in more recent years a luxury holiday rental business in the Loire Valley in France. 

Her key skills include client negotiation, customer satisfaction and building trusted relationships with people, resulting in repeat business.

Outside of work, her focus is very family driven with 3 grown-up sons and her hobbies include her very many animals and her main passion of horse riding.
